Coworking
This floor is part of the Roof Gardens complex, with floor-to-ceiling windows. We run it as coworking and event space. The desks, coffee bar, and eight-hour chairs are ours; the windows and acoustics were already there. Open seven to ten, every day.

Conferences
Both rooms face south, with daylight on two sides and blackout shades when you need to show a screen. Hybrid-ready AV, whiteboards, and seating designed for longer meetings. Bookings are per-hour through the app, and because Kolodvorska has its own meeting rooms, Roof Gardens members rarely compete for one.

The amphitheater
Tiered seating for 700 under open sky, with full production gear already in place. Roof Gardens runs it for their own summer programming; members can book it for offsites, product launches, or the kind of evening that wants to end outdoors. Season runs May through October.
